1. DMCA Policy

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this website, you may notify us in accordance with the DMCA. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notice Requirements

  1. Identification of the material: Identify the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking a court order against you within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

6. False Claims

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, you may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing. Similarly, you may be liable for damages if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
